Train My Confidence Game

One of the most common mental barriers that I see in athletes I work with is confidence. Realizing this, I wanted to build a program that helped athletes to understand what confidence is, how confidence is built, and the ways in which confidence can improve performance on the court.

Bonus: having confidence on the court = having confidence in other areas of your life too!

The truth is, confidence is something that a lot of people struggle with, but there are tools and different ways to grow confidence in athletes beyond working harder physically.

Those tools that help build confidence are all combined into this 4 week program to help your athlete become the player they deserve to be every time they compete and regardless of who their opponent is.


Length: 4 weeks (with online access for up to 3 months)

Time Commitment: This is a self-paced program where athletes will log on to complete the three recorded lessons at their own pace.

  • Each recorded lesson is 30 minutes long. I recommend the athlete watch 1 lesson every two weeks.

  • Athletes will receive a weekly “Mental Monday” text directly to their phone!

  • A 1:1 call with me throughout the program. These will be individualized coaching calls between me and the athlete to reflect on the things that are working for them, and work on removing the obstacles getting in their way of success.

  1. Who is the program for?: This program is built for competitive athletes in any sport, aged 11-18, who either struggle with consistent confidence in themselves, or want to build their game to the next level.

  2. How long is the program?: The program is a self-paced online course designed to be spread out over 4 weeks. If you don’t finish the program in 4 weeks, no sweat! You will have access to the program for a full 3 months.

  3. How many trainings are in the program and how long do they take to complete?: There are 3 pre-recorded lessons. Each module should take anywhere 30-45 minutes to complete. You can always pause and restart from where you left off.

  4. Will my athlete have access to you throughout the program?: Yes! Throughout the 4 weeks of the program, athlete’s will have have an opportunity to schedule one personalized 1:1 call with me, where we will discuss their goals and roadblocks in a 1-hour call.
